During bidding training, GIB bid 2♠ over 1NT at all vuln on:
♠ A852
♥ 62
♦ KQT73
♣ 85
Point 1: should this distribution be allowed? it is not my understanding of the convention. The given definition is 3-♥ 4+♠ 11+ TP.
Point 2: Can GIB be fixed so that it's not suicidal? Perhaps put in something like "rebiddable ♠" or something similar?
Point 3: Capp. is about non-existent in many places outside the USA, natural overcalls would be much better given that the bot is for international use. I suggest natural because the most popular 1N defense in Europe is not allowed in ACBL so may be very unfamiliar to Americans.

It's definitely not a very good hand at this vulnerability but I think the idea is that it promises sp+m and at least 9 cards, either way. It would be probably difficult to code in vulnerability as well.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

"G.I.B." = Got Immense Balls
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Little off topic, but what is it, the most popular NT defense in Europe?

I think Multi Landy?? But it's not really obvious to me.... If you include all lols and club players, it's not obvious to me at all.

At our club it is:
1) Natural
2) Landy
3) Some variant of ASTRO
4) Multi-Landy (played by two pairs)
5....) Various bizarre things played by single partnerships.
In external competition, natural is not so common, most play either Landy or something ASTRO-like.
In my Dutch club it was:
1) Natural
2) DONT
In external competition DONT was most popular followed by Landy and Multi-Landy (not sure in which order) and Lionel probably 4th.
Many of the Norwegian guys at the Scandinavian/Benelux get2gether played Capp.
In Pula I think Multi-Landy (or Woolsey) was most popular.
