Someone gave me the same auction once (except it was IMPs, same vul I think) and the hand had 21 instead of 19 with 6(322) shape. I thought that that was a 3N bid but I wasn't sure.

Anyway for sure this is a pass.

I think I'd need like 23 or more to want to bid 3NT, and then only if they aren't vul (and somewhat depending on our side's vulnerability too of course). If the opponents were vul I'd seriously need to be approaching the range of having a cold slam in my own hand to not pass with 6322 here.
