Improve partnership bidding/fix bug An idea from a BBO member to me

A user pointed out to me you can load movies into the partnership bidding room and bid those. This is great teaching tool for mentors and thier students. I am not sure if this option is a feature, but if a feature, there is a bug in it. If you load a movie (bunch of hands), you can step through them one at a time and send them to to be bid. The problem is htat anytime E/W deal a hand in the movie, the bidding automatically startes with three passes to the 4th hand. If east deals, then they can pass, fine, bue then south needs to be given a chance to bid.

Please fix this, as this would be a wonderful teaching/traning tool.
