2♦ Opening shows a weak 2♥, or 5+♠ with 22+ or 9+ winners.
2♥ Opening implies a weak two in ♠, 5+♥ with 22+ or 9+ winners (not included is 5♥-(3-3-2) 22-23).
2♠ Opening shows 5♣-5♦ or better both minors, with 10-16 HCP, or 22+ HCP ♣+♦ (or less than 3 losers).
