Part 2: If you open 1, partner responds 2NT (GF raise). What is your rebid/plan?

I voted for 4H but I don't object to 1H.

After 1H - 2NT I would show a strong 2-suiter.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

Partner and I play that 4-level rebids after 1M-2NT show 2 of the top 3 honors. Is this extreme shape the right time to fudge?

I think it is the right time to fudge. AJ9 is sort of like 2 of the top 3, and it's impossible to show 2 shortnesses after a jacoby 2NT, so you might as well show a second suit to 1) guarantee shortness somewhere and 2) imply relative shortness in the 4th suit while 3) describing the main secondary feature of your hand.

Obviously you want partner to give aces and cards their full value, and not worry about kings and queens in the blacks.

If partner asks RKC, I will show my void and an even number.

No I don't think so.

Without this agreement 4D (followed by 4S from partner) would have been one of the few opportunities to have a sensible auction to the grand. But if partner expects 2 top honors in diamonds then you can easily end up in grand when partner has Qxx of diamonds, something you want to avoid.

I think I would just bid 4S then and hope. If partner shows 2 (with or without the queen) make a grand slam try. Sign off if partner shows the club king but bid 7 if partner shows the diamond king.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

I am assuming Q is onside and bidding splinter in spades or exclusion, I am most worried about black aces than red queens.

EDIT: somehow I saw AJ9, KJ9, now I see the hand again I am on the 4 camp.

1, 4 seems fine. I might have been a little tipped off by the useful response by partner. Hearts are not that pretty anyway.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

I could not bring myself to bid 4D and lose all that space. What would be nice is if when I show my short C partner could cue bid D, so this is the road I choose. If they do not cue bid D we have a hole we may not be able to fill.
