Big fit, but no side source for tricks, if partner has heart shortness we will have a close to mirror shape.

But with 3136 partner would rather double than bid clubs IMO, he surelly has 2 spades or 2 diamonds, ideal would be 2227, but missing 2 aces is certainly possible. Still I agree that 12 tricks or a phamtom defence its the best tactic. 6.
