Last chance to bid 3N and I would take the opportunity, passing is not a choice, and 5C may in fact be right, but 9 tricks seems easier.

I don't think 5♣ exists here to be honest. If I had 300 pages of system notes, I'd have 5♣ as something else than just clubs (although it is quite difficult to think of a vaguely intelligent meaning). Since I would really love to bid 5♣ now, it follows that I should have bid 4♣ last round.
