how many diamonds has partner promised?
I think if tehre was ever a pick a slam hand it should be this one, but since I don't play such an awful convention I would bid 4♥ planing to bid 6♦ next, unless partner promised enough diamonds for having a sure fit.

As i said, partner promised a minimum of 2 diamonds.

I am more and more convinced that transfers (or "submarine") would be so nice after spade preempts. (4♣ as a diamond raise, 4♦ to show hearts and forcing, 4♥ to show clubs, etc.)

Do you play 4♠ as exclusion here? Otherwise you could just exclusion + 5NT or 6♠
