Best line of play 1NT

A friend asked me what is the best line of play here. I am including all the spots that I have, the rest are x's. No hand records, because manual dealing.

1NT contract is so complicated, I'd play for J onside or 3-3 and save my energies for further boards. I don't think stiff J is possible at all on east's hand, so I'd start with a low spade directly.
