free tournaments I am not able to get into most tounaments as it says i am blked, help

I AM UNABLE TO GET INTO MOST FREE TOURNAMENTS AS IT SAYS I AM BLOCKED. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

What's your tournament completion rate? They may have restricted their tournaments to players above a certain level.
