I got the feeling the ♠Q will hold, so I'll play that and follow up with a club to the ten...

Yes, needs to take first trick with the A or the Q to have 2 entrees for finessing trumps (Ruffing 3rd ♥ being the 2nd).
..bidding was me with Jack. (I'm trying to practice counting opps shape better)

At least every lead probably is awful for defenders and there is decent number of options although you'll most of them. I guess you got to try Q of spades- if that holds. What about run the nine of clubs to double finesse as dummy is way short of entries. Will declarer's RHO split honour if he has both club honours?

If it ends in hand with the ace then AK hearts and ruff if need be you'll going to rely on that anyway so no point delaying. If Q hearts drops then the choices are rough high or low club lead.

I can't see anyway to make it unless heart break perfectly and double finesse works. Otherwise play is only damage limitation unless LHO wins and blunders by trying diamonds rather than continuing spades.
