Playing in a team match, you hold as South, and bidding goes:
Scoring: IMP

(3)-pass-(pass)-?

Please explain your choice, eventually according some scores from a 1 to 10 scale

can correct clubs to diamonds, so easy dble. Hand more than good enough to warrant action despite the poor diamonds IMO, and too many values in hearts.

Agree with this, but prepared to be wrong if partner has something like xxx, xx, KQJx, QJ109 where 3N is the best game and I'm not going to be in it unless I bid it now.

Pretty gross spot...dunno what I'd do. Pass, X, 3S, and 3N all have some merit and are all terribly flawed. I think I'd bid 3S.

As I have 4C as D+S and 3S as S, I try 4C to de-accent my spades. My dbl would be 3-suits T/O or bal, NOT 2-suiter. Which deviation is least evil??

I'd double, because if partner has 4 i want us to at least get to that game, which will probably be right. If he doesn't have 4, all the bids are sort of random anyway and trying to figure out what's right in this spot is too hard. I admit double puts us in a terrible position to get to the right game, whatever it might be, if partner doesn't have 4.

At first I was leaning to double, but it's so unlikely that partner can pass or bid 3NT so I don't see what advantage it has over 3 unless partner can bid diamonds. True if he bids clubs you can run to diamonds but that should be a better hand anyway so it's not clear that's good for you. Also if 3 is doubled you can still run to diamonds and pray.

I would double since I am not looking forward playing 43 or 42 fits with this hand. Double and 4 after 4 is quite an overbid though. Maybe I should just pass.

Double!

If p responce or you are very, very happy (Might have a slam).

If 4 is reply then bid 4!. Assume partner passes weakly with doubleton
and the rest break 3-2, u have 7 tricks and he can ruff spades for the 8th and even the 9th. Your partner and RHO have the rest share of 16~20 HCP so 4 / 5 is making at least in this case.
