WTP, is this: they are vul, and have somewhere around 23 HCP, and I don't want to give my lefty a chance to now compete to 3S, and righty bid 4
this has never happened to you? If partner has many routine passed-hand reopening doubles, like the ones with 1 4 4 4 distribution and 8 or 9 pts, I don't want to have to sac against 4S when I could have defended 2.
