Gib opened 1 ♣ with 5 clubs and 6 spades (♠AJT976 ♥X ♦X ♣AJT54). Is it systemic bid?

Was it in 4th seat? Sometimes 4th seat GIBs open the bidding weirdly.

I added a rule to make GIB a bit more liberal about opening the bidding when 55 or better -- in the next version it should open this hand 1S.
