Substituting in team games possible bug in 3.9.0

Since 3.9.0, I have noticed that team game substitutions don't work. though there will be substitutes in the list, and the dialog that invitations have been issued comes back, no one ever is inserted.

if it were just me, i would be willing to believe they just didn't want to accept. 8-) but there have been others seeing this and games have been stopped for many minutes while we waited for the director to sub.

I can vouch the same thing has happened to me twice and I have sent a message to Uday about this possible bug. I am inclined to believe this is a bug as there were other people in the Team match who said that they have seen this happen to them as well
