Someone complained that using the browser version she went to her results and could only see tournaments played. If she would try to open "myhands" there was no hand displayed, although she had been playing a lot.
I checked via www.bridgebase.com/related links/hand records and indeed she had a number of hands played, while on the web version nothing was displayed.
my bbo / hands and results / recent tournaments - this was OK
but same path / recent hands displayed always "no results found"
Could you please check if there is a bug, or maybe i didnt know how to guide her?

We periodically rotate (expire) the older hand records on the website.
The web page from www.bridgebase.com can reach further back into the archives than the 'My results' function in BBO
The problem manifests around the days when we perform our periodic maintenance. We've put a long-term fix onto our todo list.
