Wait this isn't your original system, in that one all heart and club bids including 3♥ were keycard responses for clubs. It was mostly not having any way to bid hearts that I was mocking but now you seem to have a way. Ok I'm confused again.

Meh this kind of 3 suiter will always be a problem in SAYC. You are too strong for 1m, but if you open 2C you have no way to show this type of hand. So your options are 2C then 2N with a small stiff in a major (yuck), 1m hoping to catch up later even though you will inevitably be forced to guess (sigh), or 2C then 2H on AK9x (yuck!)

When you give this as a "how to bid these 2 hands" type thing, people can always pick the option that will get you to the right contract, but in reality if you pick one you will always lose on certain sets of hands with partner, it is just a flaw in the system.

On this hand it is not clear to me how good 6C actually is anyways, but I could see it going

2N 3C
3H 4N
5C 6C

Yes, the bids change depending on the 1M - 1NT!, 3m auction.
You may not have noticed in that previous thread, I had agreed with you
as to the deficiency of the system specific to a 1S opener when it did not take into account Responder's long, unbid suit ( Hts or the other minor ) -- not solid and essentially no other entries-- ergo a hand not necessarily suitable for 3NT.

I had made a modification:
1S - 1NT!
3D - 3H! = long Hts or Cl ; something like:
x KQJT9x xx xxxx or
x xxx xxx KQJT9x
