I would bid if I were playing with close friends after everyone had a few beers. In all other situations pass.
I once yelled at my partner for discarding the 'wrong' card when he was subjected to a squeeze that I allowed by giving the wrong count with too high a card. Now he's allowed to pitch aces when the opponents have the king in the dummy. At trick 2. When he could have followed suit. And blame me.

Hmm...I guess the table bid was 4♣, trying to do a preempt over the prempt?
Unless you have such an agreement, it seems like a easy P at this vul...

Quick advert for specialised methods: I would bid 2NT, transfer to clubs.

nice to know you admit weak hands for it, when I played once with Lantaron he imposed that the transfers here should be invitational+ values, they didn't come up, but I think the big advantage is to be able to show your weak hands

What strength is your 2NT? Opener always has to bid 3♣?
