You are South and reach 4H (opps silent).

Lead is SK.

Scoring: Rubber

Lead SK.

Plan the play.

A♠, A♣, A♦, ♣ ruff, D♦, ♣ ruff, A♥, ♠ to the J. Hopefully LHO will be endplayed into leading a black card.

If he exits a diamond, I'll lead a high heart, and hope to put the lead back on west.
Still decidedly intermediate - don't take my guesses as authoritative.

I would duck. If LHO continues I will try to ruff a spade. If LHO does not, I will try to pull trump.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

I haven't analyzed but I like the feel of winning the first spade and immediately playing a low heart toward the QJ.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

Plan the play.

Take ♠A .
Immediately return a ♠ .
[ Planning to ruff 2 ♠ ...and hopefully only losing 1♠ and 2♥].
If West switches to a trump at trick 3, then duck.
If East now wins the ♥ K and returns a trump and West follows,
then win Ace perforce and back to hand w/♣A to pull last fang.

If East can't win ♥K at trick 3, win Q and lead another to A... hopefully
East following.... West has only K left.  Run the Diam.

This looks like the best play, but it is hard to be sure.

Sorry if this hand was too complicated...
