A blend of attitude and count.
Fourth best from a good suit, second best from crud.
With KJ72, lead the deuce.
With 9752, lead the seven.

"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Depends on who you ask.
In England, they would be the bolded card:
xx
Hx
xxx
Hxx (note that they lead small from 3 to an honour)
xxxx
Hxxx
In Poland, they might be different. I can't say with any authority since I haven't played there, but I thought they were more literal:
xx
Hx (not sure on this one, b/c of the unblocking issue)
xxx
Hxx
