depends on partnership agreements, using the hidden auction I'd try RCB and blast slam hoping to lose no trick on the side suits.

Bah, it's possible but not likely. I want to make one try then bid game and leave it to partner. In the second auction definitely just sign off, you have already tried.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

2d shows a pretty good hand in my style and 1nt often does not....:P

btw I assume 2h denys 3s.

Partner's 3♠ agreed spades. Presumably he would have bid 4♠, instead, with a poor hand and worse than two with the Queen. Since I'm looking at the spade Queen, partner eiother has three key cards or some other non-minimum holding.

Opposite three key cards, slam should be a good bet if partner has heart control. So, I'll take a stab and show partner the club card.

I usually select it with the mouse (just cover the whole post while clicking on the left button of the mouse).

You can see hidden text from a special angle on most monitors (usually on phones it's not even very hidden). It's a useful way of spending 5-10 minutes.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

3S set trumps. Now we cuebid.

Whether that means my next bid is 3N, 4C, or 4D depends on our agreements in that department. Feels almost like a wtp auction - unless of course you don't have cuebidding style agreements.

I like the posted auction better than the hidden one, FWIW. Though the hidden one gives some hints which cuebid style will work best :blink:

To make a grand slam, I need Ak, Axxx,xxx,AQxx.

If we take away an ace even the small slam is down on a heart lead. So I rate the chances of slam quite remote and pass 4 spade.

I would bid 4D. For slam to have a chance, I absolutely need partner to have the club ace. By denying a club control, we certainly won't get to slam without it.

If partner bids 4H (last train, but promising a club control), I will bid 4S, showing only a mild slam try.

By the way, I also like 2S instead of 3S.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
