Neither vul in 3rd seat 3♥ seems normal, even though in most situations I would open this 2♥.

As this is the forums, a few nuts will vote for 4♥.

2nd choice for me is 3♠ but I've never tried it yet so don't take this part of this post too seriously.

With a spade void I would definitely bid 4H. With a doubleton spade I would just bid 3.

Maybe the ♥J away from opening 4♥ at this vunerability for me.

I don't hate 4♥ though, and 4 level openings do differ from 3 level ones in that it is harder for the opponents to bid 3NT after a 4 level opening. After we open 3♥, if they bid 3NT we know they are very likely to make it (sure, not necessarily a bad thing, perhaps they play 3NT when they are cold for 6♦, etc)
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I would bid 3 Heart, but just in 3. seat and I would hate any other bid.
