Problem these days is having a studious TNT partner. A sensitive partner will raise one less than "usual" under these conditions.
2♠ is a thought. That worked for my once, though of course I had a red suit to fall back on.

pass.
If you have it available - Raptor / polish 1NT to show 5 diamonds and
a 4 card major, than I would may be reconsider my decision.
We play 2D as Michaels, so 2D is out, ...
With kind regards

Really, anything other than pass is sick.
Of course, if you play a convention that shows this hand, by all means use it. Your opponents will appreciate the help.

Gnasher, if you wouldn't mind posting here or PMing me or something what your general parameters are for WJO white (yes I know this is an almost impossible question) I would really love to try this style online and see how it works. Not sarcastic, I've never played this type of style but could see the advantages (you steal their bidding room at basically no cost if partner isn't going to go nuts), and would love to try it.

I'm not sure that the rubbish that I post on this forum deserves that much respect, but be my guest. I'd recommend that you don't try to copy my cardplay errors.
If all of these conditions were met:
- Good opponents
- Non-vulnerable
- A passed partner
- A suit of KJ10xx or better that I can jump to at the two-level
- A singleton in a major
- Not enough for us to have game on, and not much chance of making something at the three level
I'd probably always make a wjo.
If those conditions were to vary:
- Against bad opponents I'd rarely make a wjo on a five-card suit
- At favourable I could have a worse suit. Vulnerable I'd nearly always have a six-card suit.
- Opposite an unpassed partner I'd rarely have as much as a king outside, but I'd still be happy to do it on a five-card suit.
- If other factors caused me to do it with a worse suit, I'd want to have have good spots. because it makes it harder for them to double.
- With a 6-card suit of similar strength, I'd usually jump to jump to the three level.
- Without shortage in a major I'd be more circumspect, but holdings like Qx and QJ are quite attractive because if the opponents play the hand they'll probably play me for a singleton.
- I'd never do it with excessive playing strength.
With the hand in this thread, the reason I'd be tempted is the spade holding, which is much more likely to be worth a trick if I preempt. However, that has to be balanced against the risk of partner making the wrong lead, so I probably wouldn't bid on this particular hand.
