If I followed this correctly and since it is MP you should try for 5 by playing a ♦ to the A and try to draw the remaining trump by a leading a ♥ to the J followed by the J♦ hopefully dropping the T

Would only be for 4 (you've lost 2♠, 1♦ already), but yes.
After the hand, declarer announced that he should have made it. I didn't think so at the time, but as it turns out, he was right.
