2♠ because it is forcing and partner probably should realize that I have an unbalanced hand as I was unable to bid NT. Mainly I am unsure what is the correct strain and level at this point and need more information from partner we could be playing anywhere from 4♥ to 7♥ and that does not exclude minor strains in that range

I'd bid 3H, forcing. If I can't do this I would bid 2S, forcing.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
