I enjoyed very much vugraph of 2004 European Championships. Many thanks to Fred and crew, commentators and operators, who made possible that great show.
An exceptional contribution to Bridge game history.

We had been asking for a .lin file repository for some time, and at last we have one, and even several. Many thanks to their authors.

Today I patiently iniciate a new claim :
if we watch, for instance, the open room of a vugraph then
if (open room players finished before the closed room ones)
and (we missed to switch to closed room action for any reason)
then we get incomplete .lin file

and vice versa with closed room.

It would be great if the software switch us to the still playing room automatically.

Then when one match is finish, to the next one, again automatically.

Thats taking automation too far  but FG does plan to someday have the MOVIE window be a mini view onto the "other room", i think.

I like the 'move to other table' idea as well

I'm not 100% sure if it's necessary but what seems to work for me when working as an operator is to keep both rooms "active" until both rooms have finished - that seem to ensure a complete LIN file of the action from both tables.
Disclaimer: The above post may be a half-baked sarcastic rant intended to stimulate discussion and it does not necessarily coincide with my own views on this topic.
I bidding the suit below the suit I'm actually showing not to be described as a "transfer" for the benefit of people unfamiliar with the concept of a transfer
