The SAYC description may not cover this, but I think dbl is penalty-oriented and shows extras so you cannot have a non-gf hand (ie even with 11 or a good 10 your hand would have become gf now).
I would pass with the second hand and bid 4♣ with the others. Maybe 5♣ with the third one.

The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Hi,
the X is certaily not defined in SAYC.
Standard is most likely optional / card showing, which would also include
some hands, which are not gf.
With 65 and 55 and a reasonable opening hand, you can bid your 2nd suit.
If 2D could be as weak as +8, than you dont play SAYC, 2D is promising
another rebid, you play an Acol variant.
And if you play this, and if your opening was based on a 11count, you
can pass.
Keep in mind, a 11 count is dead min in SAYC, and most 11 counts are
sub min for SAYC.
If you play this system, your bet is, that the light opening system and the
light 2/1 response style put enough pressure on them to keep them out
of the bidding and out of game.
Sometimes this plan wont work, but than the plan will work next time.
With kind regards

The double of 3S is GF, opener has shown extras which is enough for game after 2D. So just bid out your shape naturally.

Double is extras/values.
