I would consider this an automatic double at this vulnerability. Partner showed GF values with long clubs, and we have extra values, prime cards, and short clubs, and we are white vs red.

I double here also and note Justin's reasoning and that you may often get a ruff with that 8.

If you don't double, what do you bid? 3NT will take some real luck as the stopper is gone on the 2nd round. 3NT -2 will look silly compared to 3x -2 or 3 vulnerable.

Short clubs is a dangerous sign. Take your money because it'll be worth it. Double.

- Is pass forcing here? (Partner's 3 was GF, so we will not pass out 3)?
- Is DBL penalty or showing values?

Yes pass is forcing which is why X is pen
