After reading the robot convention card document on BBO, I still have quite a few questions on how robots play!

1) takeout X over preempts says to 4 level
does that mean thru 3 Spades or 4 Spades?
I usually play thru 4 Hearts

2) over opponents takeout X:
new suit forcing?
jump shift forcing/inv/weak?
2N = Jordan? Majors? Minors?

3) levels:
Neg X thru?
Resp X thru?
Sup X thru?

4) Do Robots open weak 2's with outside 4 cd Major? 3cd?

5) After opponents overcall:
Is jump raise weak? Majors? Minors?
Do robots cue bid limit+ raise?

6) After my overcall:
Do robots cue bid limit+ raise?
Is new suit forcing?
Is jump raise weak?

7) Is 4th suit forcing to game?

8) After 1NT opening:
If opponents Dbl are all systems on?
If opponents overcall 2C is Dbl stolen bid stayman?
If opponents overcall 2D/H/S is cue bid stayman?

9) After our 1NT overcall:
Are all systems on?
Is range still 15-17?

Thank you for your help!

There's a convention GIB plays in Stayman auctions:

1NT-2
2-2
or
1NT-2
2-3

The explanation just says something like "Other major - 13 HCP". The last time it did this, it had a small doubleton in the other major. I made a slam try and found and managed to find a 50% slam (it was on a trump finesse) and got a cold top in a robot duplicate, because I don't think any of the other players understood this bid. Is there a name for this convention?

The explanation just says something like "Other major - 13 HCP".  The last time it did this, it had a small doubleton in the other major.  I made a slam try and found and managed to find a 50% slam (it was on a trump finesse) and got a cold top in a robot duplicate, because I don't think any of the other players understood this bid. You mean 3 in the first auction. It's the not-unusual agreement that bidding 3 of the other major when opener bids a major suit in response to stayman is a slam try with a fit for opener's major. The alert only says "other major" to tell you he is making a slam try by bidding the "other major", not to say he is showing anything in it.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
