North opens 1NT (15-17)

Playing 2/1

Assuming first bid is stayman to which partner replies 2♦, what is your rebid (if any)

2♣.

Dunno if this is a joke but I (and I assume Jeremy) meant pass after we bid 2C and partner bid 2D.

Ok ya I don't know who's joking anymore. Here: I bid 2♣ stayman.

I pass 2♦, bid game over 2M.

what are you not allowed to hold a maximum garbage stayman hand.

this is clear. Any doubters would be raising partner's opening 1M bid to 2M

Yep, and you would be doing well to look and see that this hand should do exactly that.

I was just curious about the diamonds, we ended up playing 2♦ making 5, and I was just wondering if I should have raised diamonds at all.

I was intending to bid 4M over any major suit call, but just had no idea what to do once my partner showed no majors.

and how did plus 150 matchpoint against the field? MY guess, better than 1NT. And if 2D only made 4, even better.

11 tricks on this hand is certainly not what you should expect any significant percent of the time.
