I am going to pass this. Anyone I play with would respond with a 4+Major and a 6 count, unless they had a penalty X of Ds. My D holding precludes the latter. I assume the 1D bidder has an excellent hand, or that the opps have underbid their values. We really have nowhere to go anyway.

Can't fathom anything but pass.

Pass obviously, just as I would do if nobody was vulnerable.

(Vulnerability was w/w when you posted this in r.g.b., right?)

Should be unanimous.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I was thinking the same thing...

Pass is obvious

Pass, fail to see this as a problem. If this hand were ours, partner wouldn't be passing.
Kind regards,
Harald

A reopening 1N shows 18-19 btw because you are supposed to pass with a weak NT hand type unless it has a doubleton diamond then you should X.

Perhaps If you play 'mandatory' re-opening doubles it would be a good idea to play the system <_<

Generally I prefer to protect with this hand even if it is unlikely partner has a penalty X of 1 i.e. I have not been protected well in the past by partners and another pet peeve is partners not trusting me enough to protect and making an idiotic (latest example) negative X holding a reasonable 5 card suit behind a preemptive jump shifter.
