Hm I'm pretty sure you played the one that was two years ago. I remember playing with MrDodgy vs you and Jlall. And then another board where you played TOSR with awm. But I guess I'm not the only one who confused you with someone else from the forums lately...

Idunno I could quit while I'm ahead. I think I even improved my strategy since then though, now I don't open 1NT ever when not vul, back then I 1NTed if I was accepting the invite. I know Gavin said don't even open balanced 18-19 not vul but I haven't brought myself that far yet.

OK sunday 1 nov 16h00 GMT. Any takers? 8 rounds (16 boards), 6 mins per board, no delays, if you get an ave it's not the end of the world (something I learned from last time, lol).

I would like to add a couple of co-TD's. I plan to play but will sub myself out if it gets as chaotic than my usual indys.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Can you please translate UMT into something a bit more understandable

(Google pointed me at something called Universal Metric Time, however, I'm not about to figure out what this is using a more normal standard)

Unfortunately this clashes with the English Premier League, so I'll be in the dusty basement playing in the second division and mickyb will probably be on vugraph.
