Well if LHO has ♦Q, he doesn't have the ♥A and probably doesn't have the ♣K. If he has the ♦QJ he certainly doesn't have the ♣K.

If I'm going to play opener to have ♣K and ♥A I need to endplay him with ♣Kx or drop his ♣K stiff.

So ♦A, ruff a diamond, club to the A, ruff another diamond cash as many spades as I think will stand up and exit with the ♣Q. There is no harm done if I cash one spade too many if it's opener that's short.
