2H, followed by 3S.

If 3H is understood as a splinter the bid would be ok, but 3H
is a dangerous bid.
4H burns too much space, I know, I will play at least 6S, and
since partners most likely response over 4H is 4S, I wont be
any wiser, so lets start with FSF, sometimes they have to pay
for the torture the did to me in the past.

I doubt it too.

3H! is a classic 4th-suit jump splinter.

I think I'd use it rather than 4H in order to give partner room for his cheapest mixed cue: 4D! ( if he has the Diam K or shortness ).

Whether he cues 4D or 4H, I'd go 4NT ( no need for Exclusion -- he either has the ♥ Ace or he doesn't... no matter ).
Then, whether partner replies 5C or 5D, you could ask for the trump Q, but surely he has it ( along with ♥ "wastage" and more likely ♣ length ). Sooo, I'm more interested in 3rd Rnd Ctrl in CLUBS-- namely the ♣ Q-- so 6♣ is next:
His reply:

6♠ = no 3rd Rnd ♣ Ctrl ( but I doubt it )
6NT = ♣ Q
7♣ = ♣ Q J
7♠ = x x doubleton ( not possible )

If he shows the ♣ Q, I'm going 7♠....
..... ( with possible egg on my face if he doesn't have the ♠ Q in which case I'd have to rely on it being finessable) .

This hand is so strong that I am not going to attempt to describe anything, I am going to get as much info as partner at a low level as possible.

Splintering is premature anyways since there is a strong chance we will end up in clubs. I would just start with 2H and see what happens.

I just typed a nice post about how I would bid 5♥ exclusion and ultimately get to the grand if partner has queen of spades and king of diamonds.

Then I thought he could have Kxx of diamonds but that's impossible since where are the hearts.

Then I realized he could have a stiff diamond and we have a grand and I thought I'd live with it.

Then I realized we could belong in clubs especially if he is off the spade queen and I thought I'd live with that too.

Then I thought of all the things I was forcing myself to live with and realized exclusion is a stupid bid here. 2♥ it is.
