Help
when someone questions a bid that I made in a prior round when it is next my turn to bid the software makes a bid on its own. It when the ?box pops up at my turn to bid that this happens. this shouldn't be allowed to occur. It almost seems planned at times

The software certainly is not bidding for you on purpose and, to the best of my knowledge, nobody has ever reported this problem before.
I have only one theory so far...
After you log in, try clicking the "Options" button on the row of buttons at the bottom of the window that BBO resides in (it looks like a yellow gear).
A window will appear. Click the "At a table" tab at the top of this window.
You will see a checkbox labeled "Keyboard entry for bidding/play". Make sure this box is NOT checked. Then click the OK button.
If that box had previously been checked then this was almost certainly the source of the problem you experienced. If not, let me know and I will try to think of something else.
