WHat to do when puter "freezes" during tourney

I had a wonderful pard and we were doing well when all of a sudden my computer froze and I was unable to mouse or type!, By the time I got back, my pard had a sub and there was no way for me to get back to the original pard. We said our goodbyes, somehow, through messaging.

I really wish there was a way to get back to pards when there is technical diffulculty with puters. I really felt badly about the situation. :)
