Keyboard seems not to work properly ...italian keyboard issue

Hello, I'm having some problems with my keyboard on BBO. I have a standard italian pc keyboard but BBO seems to think that it is an english-italian keyboard hybrid. So i'm not able to use question marks (in italian keyb is 
SHIFT+'
) since the software displays me 
"
(even in I'm not pressing SHIFT). Many other keys are broken.
Is there anything I can do about it?
The problem presents itself with 2003 server and vista, all updated. Google Chrome browser.

I have a similar problem, I am using English keyboard layout, BBO (flash) thinks it is American. Firefox, Ubuntu.

I would be surprised if BBO can do anything about it, sounds like a Flash problem.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket
