If partner has four hearts, and Opener has at most four hearts, then Responder has four hearts also. I think the odds of a raise are actually quite high.

I also have too much strength to expect a good chance that partner will double 1. He looks to be average, IMO.

So, I still think passing leaves us with a what-to-do problem over 2.

What??! How many hearts can responder have here? Forget about opener. And they haven't run yet.

And even if they do, I think the 1 run (as opposed to a SOS xx) followed by a 2 raise in a penalty sequence is just too far-fetched to worry about.
