What is your style in fourth seat?

I had a similar but slightly weaker hand a couple of weaks ago. I am just trying to explore the boundaries.

when I make this decisions I think it is more important who the opponets are than what cards I have (Exagerantign a bit).

Qx means they can easilly make 4 spades if they have a fit, If opening I am not opening anything below 3 hearts except maybe 1NT.

Looks like a 4th seat 3 to me. A minimum, I'd prefer slightly weaker trumps and a an outside card instead.
Kind regards,
Harald
