4♠ and then P unless it's necessary to bid 6♠ (depending on how things develop).

How about sparing a thought 4♦ bid in this sequence?

IMO, 4♦ should promise a ♠ fit and invite partner to bid on. The downside is that it lets LHO bid 4♥ cheaply, but might dissuade them from finding / bidding 6♥.
