Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

Umm - did partner overcall 2♣ w/w at MP, or r/w at IMPs?

Anyway this is an easy 2♥ now, and I will usually force to game.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Hi,

2H, planning to pass 3C.

I wont pass, 2NT is certainly an alternative, but
I think 2H will help me a little bit more.

With kind regards

No one vul? In that case 2NT is probably an overbid, but I bid it anyway. 2H would be a cue raise, showing these values but an extra club or two.

2♥ for me .

2nt might be down when 3♣ is cold.
2nt will make my hand receive the lead, something I really dont want if partner has something like Ax.
The Q of clubs make 3♣ very playable whatever.

I will pass 3♣ .

2NT,
a stronger invitation than a ♣ raise.
A good bridge player will rarely pass 2NT.
He will either accept the invitation by bidding above 3♣ or sign off in 3♣, in particular with shortage in ♥
If notrump is right it is more likely that it needs to played form this side than from partners.
I do not like ubiquitous cue bids when there is a sound alternative.
Pass is out opposite a 2 level overcall.
