Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

simple soul that i am, I dont double again, but rather bid 3c....dont want partner to think it is ok to bid diamonds....but if he does after 3c, I guess 3nt. Would He have bid 2NT with a horrible hand and long diamonds?

I double again. Over 2♠ or 2NT(2 places to play) I will bid 3♥. Over 3♦ I will bid 4♣.

since we have reasonable chances for 10 tricks opposite a yarborough, this doesn't seem like enough to me. I double again.

I agree with Andy on the followups.

possible calls are X and 3♣. In spite of the probable ♦ bid by partner I think a second TOX is better because 3♣ could be weaker
