after the auction

where 2 promised diamonds, not necessarily constructive, opener lead the 8 of hearts and the diamonds guy played the jack, taken by declarer's K. Dummy was

it was obvious that opener's partner was quite weak, therefore he denied 3 cards in hearts. Declarer played spades and the transferer played them up the line, suggesting that he liked hearts. One person suggested that this should promise QJ tight specifically, the other one that it is OK with Jx also. What do you think?
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.
