3NT
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Hi,

I think I would pass, if I bid, it would 3NT.
I guess my p would bid 3NT.

Treating the hand as a strong NT (15-17) is ok,
but you dont have to.

With kind regards

I doubt that. I took their words for full value, but you may be right.

3N of course.

This used to be a bid for adrenaline junkies, but we all noticed that the bid works, so now its standard.

I would really like you to do a simulation if you have time Wayne. I am curious as to how many off 3NT goes on average.

I gets a little hard to constrain the hands so that both of the passers don't have a clear bid.

I did fiddle around with this problem the other day and I didn't find too many that were making.

If you or someone else want to give me some ideas for sensible constraints I will give it a go.
