When partner can make slam opposite this hand, he had choosen a different opening.

I think 5 diamond is lead directing in case of a 5 spade bid, so I try 5 heart.

Partner really has the 5 level covered, if he was taking a chance he would have done something like 4♦ on the second round, not cuebid. What else can he do when he only needs what we have here for slam? 6♥.

Btw obviously he didn't open 2♣ because he has so much shape. With this much shape his strength is pretty close to unlimited.
