is 3♦ now forcing because pd created a forcing situation with his pass/pull or is this nonforcing bec. pd has minimum and fear to pass 2♥x... with maximum he would bid directly...?

Opener's pass is not forcing so the pass-and-pull-is-strong rule does not apply.

Question to all non forcing repliers:

was your double on 2 hearts just a joke?, youre playing teams and wanted to score at least 300 with that double, but most likely more and now we play for 110 points instead of 600?
on what kind of hands do you double 2 hearts in a team game? just need some hands that double 2 hearts with no fear but then want to play partscore

So we're given first dbl is undiscussed and the 2nd dbl is also undiscussed and now we have to guess whether 3♦ is forcing or not? I'd say it's NF given everything is undiscussed as I don't want ambiguity. If our X of 2♥ was for penalties, of course it's not a joke. But partner's pull on our double is also not a joke, so when he pulls I respect that he's pulling. He's probably got a weak hand with both minors. We may hold something like 5-4-2-2 and a 10/11 count or something with a misfit. If we have enough values for 3NT then we bid it. If we have a strong hand with diamonds then we don't bid 3♦ to give partner a headache since this type of auction is undiscussed, we would bid 3♥. Don't make a living hell for partner!

wrong question.

It was partner, who did not let us play 2Hx.
Possible hands, that wanted to play 2Hx and now only 3D, are
hands with spade wide open, say xxx in spades and with inv.
strength, and since we gave preference to diamonds, the hand
will have longer diamonds than clubs.

As a matter of fact, if partner showed a strong hand, he will
bid on over 3D, no matter what I think I about 3D.
And if I have a strong game going hand and I am unsure about
the forcing nature of 3D, I have 3NT av. in case I have spades
stopped, 3S to ask for a spade stopper, 4D to set diamonds in
a forcing way.

So you have the option to play it "safe".

Of course I dont know the finer points of polish club, so I may
be missing something.

PS: No votes from me.
Usually the X of 2D generates a forcing pass seq. upto 2S, i.e.
partners pass over 2H was forcing, and a direct 3C would not have
shown a strong hand, but since you are in a undiscussed seq. 3C
from partner may also have been "safe" bid.
Avoiding big disasters is more important, than getting a huge plus
instead of a small plus.
