I hate these play/defends, because there's always one more clever play that you never see that flips it to the other side.
I'm stupendously rusty, but I'm going to guess that you want to defend.
If defense rises with the A♦ on a low ♦ to the K, you'll get 3 ♠ discards - one on ♥, one on the K♦, and one on the T♦ after you promote it.
If defense ducks the first ♦ trick, I can't see declarer escaping 2 ♠ losers. I don't see a squeeze or endplay that works. Admittedly, though, I'm not very good at squeezes.
It's a neat problem, with lots of interesting ideas possible, but it feels like I'm missing the key bit.

I wanna defend, there is no spade/diamond squeeze for lack of an entry to dummy's diamond threat.

I'm SOOO close!! But I think I'll have to defend.
When I get the trump lead, I draw trump and lead a ♦ to dummy. LHO must duck this. Now I can win in dummy and ruff a ♦ back, now a ♥ to dummy and another ♦ ruff. Leaving this:
Now I can cash 2♣ in hand pitching 1♠ from dummy, but when I lead the 2nd heart, I will be in the wrong hand, even though West has to come down to Qx♠.
The other option is to ditch the ♦ from your hand, but it won't matter since there are not suffecient entries.

Am i mistaken? Tho i checked entries 2Sp and a D loser. Say we have a chance to park one of them to H. (If I start with Sp ten K will cover, if I start low Sp 2nd hand low).

If the defense promises to be nice enough to lead a spade or the ♦A then I'll play. Otherwise, I'd prefer to defend.
