Opening 1 implies 1 10+ HCP 4+ generally two suit (does not deny five or more spades) or 5 with suit quality hand responses: 1 little strength or little fit, 1 no fit and strength, 1/2/2 3 card or more fit and strength 2 honours in given suit, 1NT fit with weak hand say two kings.
Similar for 1 but denies 4
More later

1 is the flat strong or self supporting long minor with 1 as standby bid, 1NT as strength and/or length in both majors say 6-9 HCP
1 is the fragment long minor (I would say a weak four card major is not a suit) can be quite strong
1 NT is 12-14
flat hand can contain 5 card major/minor

I've seen a system like this before, though opening 1 guaranteed 5, opening 1 guaranteed 5 - both unlimited - and 1 opener was precision-style, 16+ without 5M. Can't remember what 1 showed exactly, or what responses to these openings showed.

It's an interesting system, but has definitely been used before.

It already exists...
