Maybe a bit biased but I Think my system it would go something like:

1♣-(1♦)-X (hearts)
1♠ (denies 3 hearts)-2♦
2♥-4♦
4♠........ (4♠ is not clear, south didn't show a minimum yet).

At imps this would be an easy 4 ♣ raise to 3♣, getting to 6♣.

At mps, I may choose the same approach, but maybe I would just reach 4 HEart.
