Reverse and then bid spades. I'll overbid my hand by about a jack in order to show its exact shape.

Normal reverse. Of course if partner bids 2NT (weak hand without 5 spades) then we bid 3C not 3S.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

I think 15 is a perfectly normal minimum to reverse with this shape (I am ignoring the diamond jack altogether). With one point less I would raise to 2 and consider it a perfectly normal maximum with that shape.
